- Consider applications from prospective tenant. Taking up references on tenants and guarantors including employers, current landlords and credit reference searches where applicable.
- Checking the immigration status for all applicants, as appropriate under the Immigration Act before they initial move in. For tenant placement only service the Landlord will be responsible for any further checks or work needed under the Immigration Act.
- Preparing and arranging the signing of appropriate tenancy agreement.
- Collecting first months rent and deposit from your tenant.
